Ylang Ylang Restaurant was born from the desire to create a warm, authentic space filled with Caribbean flavor. Every detail-from our food to the atmosphere and service – is crafted to offer you an experience that celebrates the culture, community, and magic of Puerto Rico.

We are part of El Oasis Hotel, a place where local hospitality meets culinary creativity. Here, we cook with fresh ingredients, Boricua roots, and a deep love for sharing special moments around the table.

    Golden pumpkin pancakes with spices, topped with candied walnuts, banana slices, and cashew-tahini cream sauce.

    Slow-smoked pork shoulder on a crusty baguette, layered with oregano gremolata, pickled daikon, provolone cheese, and Dijon mustard, served with a side of spiced au jus.
